MarketBot Critical Text Alerts

MarketBot is operated by Nostrum's Apothecary LLC. These optional text messages are not advertising.

This disclosure applies to MarketBot TEST Build 84 (version 4.0.52).

MarketBot may send a critical text when Listing Protection cannot remove a sold item from another connected marketplace.

MarketBot may also send a critical text about a possible same-item event when the same item sells on more than one connected marketplace.

How opt-in works

1. Sign in to MarketBot.

2. Open Settings > Critical text alerts.

3. Enter your mobile number.

4. Read the SMS disclosure and actively check the consent box. It is unchecked by default. You can keep using MarketBot without opting in; consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. Tap Send code, then enter the one-time verification code to finish enrollment. We do not send recurring alerts until the number is verified.

The consent checkbox is unchecked by default, and Send code remains disabled until the user actively checks it.

Message frequency varies and may be zero. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
